My first race of the year was competing for England at the
Gugl Indoor Competion in Linz Austria. I was very pleased how I ran, going through the line in a new Indoor PB of 47.13. My time was the fastest of all the heats so I won the 400m competition, winning a delicious Austrian cake which I shared with the team.
The atmosphere was tremendous with cheerleaders, great spectators, international athletes and a cuddly mascot called "Speedy". You can see all of this by going to the following link
